Adele, a member of this large family, has chosen to settle here. The place offers a unique tranquility and relaxation, with a blossoming and verdant garden, and affectionate pets that roam freely. The hills of Monferrato, covered with vineyards but also dotted with rice fields and ditches, create a picturesque scene. Monica De Ambrosis, who runs the B&B, was born right here. In 2010, she made the decision to open her beloved place to hospitality, by restoring and preserving the original structure, making it cozy and relaxing. She loves involving her guests in the fixed appointments of her day: taking care of the garden, the vegetable patch, and the pets.
The Adele B&B is located in the wonderful region of Monferrato Casalese, surrounded by gentle hills covered with vineyards and rice fields populated by elegant white and grey herons.
Here in Casale Monferrato, you can admire the sumptuous Baroque style, explore the infernots (underground wine cellars) that have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visit the picturesque villages located on top of the hills, and walk along the enchanting trails along the Po River.
You won't be able to resist a delightful tasting of local wines, produced by renowned winemakers, or enjoying the dishes of exquisite Piedmontese cuisine in our characteristic restaurants. But there is so much more to discover and savor in Monferrato!
